PDR FINESSE TOOLS, INC. ("Seller") warrants that the PDR tools ("goods") shall meet the specifications described in the Seller Invoice.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FINESSE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE COMPLETELY AND ABSOLUTELY DISCLAIMED.
Buyer's exclusive remedy and Seller's limit of liability for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective goods, if any, or from any other cause shall be limited to either REPAIR or REPLACE the goods. Buyer's remedy is subject to inspection and approval by Seller. Seller may refuse to repair or replace any goods for any reason.
Buyer may not assign or delegate its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of the Seller, and any attempted assignment or delegation without such consent shall be void. Buyer must prove it actually purchased the goods by producing the Seller Invoice or a copy in order to request warranty.
These tools are intended for professional use only.
Adjustable handle tools must be oiled frequently to maintain warranty and integrity.
Failure to adequately oil adjustable handle tools automatically void any and all warranty and accompanying remedy.
PDR Finesse Tools, Inc. provides a lifetime guarantee against breakage on any PDR Finesse Tool tool we make 1/4" diameter or larger. A one-year guarantee on whale tails and balloon-tip. Buyer will be asked to simply mail the tool that is subject of warranty back to seller for inspection and a quick repair or replacement.
We will not be able to warranty a tool 3/16” diameter or smaller, so please be aware that the replacement of these tools will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot warranty any tool that becomes bent due to the misuse or modification of the handle (that is other than an originally Finesse-built Handle.)
This Statement of Warranty is subject to change at any time without notice. This Statement of Warranty is to be construed according to the laws of, and under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Missouri.
