Shipping and Returns
FINESSE TOOL COMPANY builds handcrafted tools and in order to help our customers, we put extra effort into shipping our tools as fast as possible. This helps the customer in many ways, plus techs get to enjoy the tools much sooner.
Shipping is added to your order when you check out. If you are outside the United States and get a message "we do not ship to this area" please call us to make special shipping arrangements.
Returns are only available do to defective tools and/or receiving the wrong tool do to a clerical error.
